Established in 2022, Futureproof Wellness emerged as a result of my initial foray into treatment. Initially, my aim was to connect with prospective clients, leading me to establish an Instagram page centered on rehabilitation. However, as I delved into social media, I discovered a profound impact that extended beyond my local sphere to a global audience. Motivated by a desire to disseminate the knowledge I gained regarding common injuries, corrective exercises, and nutritional tips, my mission evolved. I aimed to extend assistance to individuals who might lack financial resources or convenient access to professional help.

Motivated by passion for guiding individuals on their healthcare journeys, I recognized gap within health brands. While many brands emphasize the benefits of enhancing sports performance and achieving aesthetic goals, a crucial aspect was overlooked— injury prevention and promoting longevity. This realization fuelled me to fill this gap and establish Futureproof Wellness; a brand that prioritizes holistic well-being and the longevity of one's health.
